Recently we found an issue with Windows 10 Enterprise Store application and the GPO that locks the store down to only displaying the private store.

This policy only applies to Windows 10 Enterprise editions. If you are running Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft felt your business was not important enough to allow you to lock the store down. On the up side, this problem does not appear to effect you.
The problem is manifest in two different ways, which I demonstrate in the video. The first way the problem appears is that you will get an nice error message that in no way helps us to figure out the issue. As you will see in the video, if the windows store app is allowed to self update, the behavior changes. Instead of the error message, it appears to load and then simply closes as if the application crashed.
